Maximum Payload of the Meca500

At full speed and full extension, the payload is rated at 0.5 kg. 

However, the payload can be increased if the speed or acceleration of the robot is reduced. 

In many circumstances, the robot can be used with up to 1 kg.

This will require some testing, as the motion path, joint extension and speed will influence the result.

You will see a Motion Error if you exceed the robot's capacity.
